Refund policy
AFTER we ship out the products
We accept return or issue refund if there's quality issue with our products.
So if there is a problem with the product, please provide the following material,
a)pictures or videos showing the problem,
b)pictures or videos showing the exact amount of items having the issue,
c)a picture of the labels on the package.
And contact us through the website or emailΒ hello@trendysupply.shop.
And please understand we are wholesalers and we do NOT accept return or issue refund if the reason is "I don't want it anymore."
BEFORE we ship out the products
If the reason for the refund is 'I don't want them anymore', 'I press the wrong buttonβ, etc, we'd love to refund you but without the PayPal transaction fee(4.4%+$0.3). So you won't be recieving the full amount.
This is because of the PayPal new policy that's effective since April 29th, 2024. If PayPal policy regarding the transaction fee changes in the future, we'll change accordingly.
