I ordered for the first time and was super excited to receive my order however I got sent someone else’s order and still have not received my order. On top of that I had to pay to have the wrong order sent to the right person. Then I got offered ten dollars off of a future purchase. Someone from customer service was very rude and tried asking me if “I was planning on keeping the other persons orders to myself”. I don’t want someone else’s order thank you, I just want the order that I placed. I feel like offering me ten dollars off a future purchase is kind of offensive. I feel I should be given a completely free order of my choice.

What's your return&refund policy?

AFTER we ship out the products
We accept return or issue refund if there's quality issue with our products.
So if there is a problem with the product, please provide the following material,

a)pictures or videos showing the problem,
b)pictures or videos showing the exact amount of items having the issue,
c)a picture of the labels on the package.

And contact us through the website or email hello@trendysupply.shop.
And please understand we are wholesalers and we do NOT accept return or issue refund if the reason is "I don't want it anymore."

BEFORE we ship out the products
If the reason for the refund is 'I don't want them anymore', 'I press the wrong button’, etc, we'd love to refund you but without the PayPal transaction fee(4.4%+$0.3). So you won't be recieving the full amount.
This is because of the PayPal new policy that's effective since April 29th, 2024. If PayPal policy regarding the transaction fee changes in the future, we'll change accordingly.
